Our favourite eateries & bars in Jersey

We’re always being asked by visitors on Seafaris trips where the best places to eat are around Jersey. Where are these cosy bars and delicious cocktails - we got you ;)

Below, we’ve put together a mix, from cheap eat cafes to fine dining restaurants, to cosy pre or post dinner drinks all from the Seafaris crew list of favourites from across the island.

The Hungry Man - Rozel Harbour

This very popular cafe situated on the pier at Rozel has been saving hungry fisherman and hungover party goers from certain death since 1947. The cafe’s menu ranges from homemade cakes to gourmet burgers and local crab sandwiches.

Veranda - Gorey Village

Bakery & Breakfast/Brunch place. Turns into a restaurant by night on certain evenings. Cosy vibes and lovely staff. Dogs are welcome inside which is a bonus during those chilly winter evenings!

Pêtchi - St Helier

Fine dining at its most relaxed! By far Jersey’s best restaurant if you’re a foodie. Cooked over wood fire & in a beautiful building in the heart of St Helier. Booking is highly recommended. https://www.petchi.je/

La Côte Distillery - St Helier

Into spirits? Then join Alex & Thea from La Cote Distillery who will take you through the whole process of grain to glass distilling, in their distillery in St Helier. You can join their Gin Labs, creating your very own gin (or vodka!) to take home as the perfect holiday souvenir. Accompanied by a delicious charcuterie board to graze on whilst crafting your spirit. https://lacotedistillery.com

The Porters Store - St Helier

Beautiful cocktail bar hidden away in the back lanes of St Helier’s nightlife, quite hard to describe so we took their own words: “ Our eclectic cocktail menu acts as the narrator to our chronicles, inspired by the inner workings of the hotel and the characters we meet. We honour ingredients from local fields and faraway places, bringing the stories to life through elements of surprise and flavour”

La robelline Cider Restaurant

Tucked away in St Ouen’s green lanes, only accessible by bicycle, walking or a drop off to the restaurant since there is no parking - (read their instructions on the website) This beautiful cider barn turns restaurant every year from April-September. They pack away their cider equipment and turn the space into a restaurant. Cooked over fire,  it’s a real experience.
